Wholesale Agreement

As a S’Ria L + Co. LLC. Distributor, please agree to the following,

  • Resale with in the Suggested Market Price, not to go above nor beneath.
  • Refrain from the Resale of S’Ria L + Co. LLC – Curl Definition products on any discount websites, auction websites, or third party e-commerce sites such as Craig-list, E-bay, Amazon, Etsy, Overstock.com, Zulily.com, or similar.
  • Resale of S’Ria L + Co. LLC – Curl Definition products without our written consent and/or in such marketplaces will be deemed a violation of our distribution policy and is in direct conflict with corporate branding. Should you violate this policy, we reserve the right to cancel unfulfilled orders, refuse future orders and/or cease business with you.
  • Will not sell any products past expiration listed on the label.
  • Unless products arrive damaged, sales are final. Damaged materials must be reported within with in 7 days of receiving the delivery. Please contact info@curldefinition.com with a picture of damaged materials. We do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges.
  • I acknowledge that I hold a valid seller’s permit number issued pursuant to the Sales and Use Tax Law; that I am engaged in the business of reselling S’Ria L + Co. LLC – Curl Definition goods.
  • Upon completion of this application, please email sales@CurlDefinition your Company EIN and State Sales Certificate, referencing your company name in the subject box.

In an effort to strengthen and reinforce the S’Ria L + Co. LLC – Curl Definition brand, we retain the right to offer strategic pricing initiatives and may offer exclusive permission to distributors who want to participate. We reserve the right to modify this policy and will endeavor to notify you of any changes.
