This bundle includes the 3-Step Curl Definition Training System, including the CocoAloe Soft Hold for curly hair, as well as the Curl Training Cream Moisturizer and the Herbal Infused Oil Blend. When using the Cream Moisturizer with the 3 Step System or as a part of any other regimen you would apply it to damp hair before using Styling products. You can use the Oil Blend after shampooing to seal in hydration, during styling and to add shine as needed.

I use the full box on the day of wash then refresh throughout the week with water, conditioning mist and herbal oil if needed. We love all of the products!
