Curl Definition products are made to order, with natural ingredients, by a small team of compounders. As a result, our operations vary vastly from other big brand companies and distributors. As our infrastructure grows to meet the high demand for our products, please observe the following pertinent information regarding our ordering, processing, shipping and more.
The Curl Definition Natural Hair Training System was designed to meet the Curl Defining needs of naturally tightly curly and coily hair that has not experienced any permanent alteration to its natural curl pattern. ***If your styling practices have altered your natural curl pattern this product may not be for you. The Curl Definition system defines curls, not create curls. Heat and manipulation damage are often permanent and may have to be trimmed away before this system effectively works for your hair. However, the continuous use of this system may train your hair to regenerate a curl pattern.
When Will I Receive My Package? Because all products are hand-made to order, orders are generally processed within 15 Business Days (Monday-Friday & non-Federal Holidays) from the time the order is placed, and may take longer during times of high demand and inclement weather. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed during a sale, promotion or holiday may take longer to process & ship. Time in transit is not controlled by SL + Co and is 100% controlled by the postal carrier. That means from the time your package has completed processing and we have sent notice to the carrier to pick up your package for delivery, your orders will be delivered in the given time lines of the carrier. Please refer to the below listed Return Policy for information on our shipping and return policy.
All inquiries regarding orders must be submitted to info@CurlDefinition.com. In your email please provide the NAME on the order and the ORDER# in the subject line of the email. Order inquiries submitted to an inbox on one of our various social media platforms or via voice messaging will not be responded to.
When Will I Receive My Tracking# & Updates On My Order? You will not receive an order update until your order has been processed and shipped. This email will be sent to the email address that you provide at time of ordering and will provide your tracking number. Please allow up to 3 days for USPS records to reflect updated shipping information for the provided tracking number. You will not receive an update prior to shipping unless there is a change in processing of your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY All products are hand-made to order and will be shipped via USPS standard, within the continental USA. Shipping Insurance is NOT included in the shipping price but it is offered and recommended. In the event of a damaged insured package please contact us immediately so that the situation may be corrected. If your order was not insured and it get's damaged or lost, S’Ria L+ Co will not be held responsible. RETURN POLICY We do not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds except in the event that a wrong item was shipped to you.. You may contact us at info@CurlDefinition.com to let us know of the problem. These situations will be assessed each on an individual basis and you will be contacted via email with instruction on how and where to return any merchandise.
